Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Lead vehicle NVH development teams overseeing all phases of vehicle-level NVH delivery throughout the development cycle.
  • Guide and track vehicle benchmarking initiatives establish robust target setting for multiple vehicle programs ensuring excellence in NVH performance.
  • Meticulously review and monitor test plans coordinate and execute NVH development activities during physical prototype stages through cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to teams ensuring smooth implementation of NVH suggestions while balancing constraints related to weight and cost.
  • Deliver vehicle and system-level NVH performance targets across multiple domains including BIW NVH sound package NVH trimmed body NVH chassis engineering CFM suspension and tyre NVH glass and seals mounts as well as seats and steering systems.

  • Proactive tracking and planning for NVH risks deploying effective solutions to secure NVH deliverables on schedule.
  • Resource development and management anticipating current and future NVH technology needs and capabilities.
  • Innovating and establishing new processes and technology frameworks from an NVH perspective to maintain competitive edge.
  • Participation in subjective jury trials ensuring alignment with our NVH program targets through comprehensive feedback and continuous improvement.
