Job Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced travel professionals to act as liaisons between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for catering to the travel requirements of clients, enhancing their experience, and acquiring a dedicated clientele through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings, including domestic and international flights and rail services.
  • Provide information on products and services such as visa, forex, health regulations, and insurance.
  • Handle refunds and cancellations of domestic and international air tickets.
  • Coordinate ticket issuance with deal codes and bonus miles.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Co-ordinate with clients, implants, and servicing teams.
  • Assist in follow-up with invoicing and recoveries.
  • Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and offer relevant information and resources.
  • BUILD SUSTAINABLE RELATIONSHIPS AND ENGAGE CUSTOMERS BY EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS

Competencies:

  • Effective communication skills and active listening.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL TRENDS
  • Passionate interest in geography and strong domestic and international travel knowledge.
  • Ability to assimilate information and pay close attention to accuracy and detail.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate with a Diploma in Travel & Tourism (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Total 3-5 years of relevant experience with a travel management company.
