Travel Consultant Agent Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant Agent to join our team. As a Travel Consultant Agent, you will be responsible for managing and resolving issues by communicating with drivers and fleets.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational and analytical skills, as well as excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and resolving issues by communicating with drivers and fleets
  • Enforcing high service standards
  • Confirming the ride was done and applying changes in the system or asking the driver to do it
  • Maintaining detailed records of interactions, noting issues and solutions within our CRM to ensure consistency and follow-up as needed
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with Suppliers, CS Operations, Sales, and other functions, plus any external stakeholders
  • Providing customer service support

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in the Tourism & Travel sector, Ground Transportation industry (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a customer support representative or in a similar environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively
  • Able to accommodate a full-time schedule of 24*7 and 6 days a week
