Electrical Production Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Production Manager to oversee our electrical panel manufacturing operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IEC, IS, and UL.
  • Experience with Power Distribution Boards (PDB), Control Panels (MCC, PCC, APFC), AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar electrical design software.
  • Familiarity with electronic components, schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems for automation-focused roles.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Production Planning and Control (PPC).
  • Manpower management and shop floor supervision.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and managing Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory, and material procurement.
  • Able to handle ISO standards audits and quality control processes.
  • Regulatory and Safety Compliance, familiar with Electrical safety codes and industrial regulations, EHS, Environment, Health, and Safety standards, CE, UL, ROHS compliances for export.

Leadership and Teamwork:

  • Strong leadership and team management qualities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Focus on deadlines and cost control.

Requirements:

  • 9-12 years of experience in electrical electronics production.
  • Prior work in electrical panel manufacturing units or electronics assembly lines.
