Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance function within our organization.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of various regulatory frameworks and be able to implement policies and procedures that ensure adherence to these guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding of Peak margin, Quarterly settlement, MTF, CUSPA process to address queries/alerts from exchanges;
  • Handling audits mandated by NSE and BSE;
  • Implementing the latest circulars issued by SEBI/exchanges/depositories/PFRDA and timely follow-up with respective stakeholders to ensure compliance;
  • Preparing and disseminating compliance calendars to stakeholders and ensuring timely submission;
  • Handling on-site and off-site inspections of SEBI/stock exchanges;
  • Overseeing new product launches and assisting teams in building new products and processes;
  • Maintaining monthly governance dashboards and discussing the same with management;
  • Liaising with exchanges and internal teams;
  • Additional compliances like segment activation, software approvals etc.
