We are seeking a skilled Legal Executive to support our dynamic real estate sector with compliance, contracts and regulatory processes of large-scale projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work on assisting in RERA, land and property-related legal documentation and compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in RERA, land and property-related legal documentation and compliances.
  • Coordinating with external counsels, consultants and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensuring timely compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will be a LLB/LLM graduate from a reputable institution with 2–3 years of professional experience (preferably in real estate or corporate law). They will have strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
