About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work in the real estate sector and contribute to compliance, contracts, and regulatory processes of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in RERA, land, and property-related legal documentation and compliances.
  • Coordinating with external counsels, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensuring timely compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Handling litigation support, property due diligence, and legal research.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • LLB/LLM graduate from a reputed institution.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience (preferably in real estate or corporate law).
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of RERA, land laws, and property registration procedures will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
