Job Title: Data Engineering Professional

About the Position:

  • We are seeking a seasoned data engineer with expertise in cloud-based technologies to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and a solid understanding of data processing pipelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To diagnose and resolve complex issues using technical skills such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, ETL processes, and data engineering.
  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data engineering solutions into business applications.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop data engineering roadmaps.
  • Develop and implement automated testing frameworks for data engineering solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of IT experience with extensive knowledge of diagnosis and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Strong proficiency in data engineering concepts, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data quality.
  • Experience with GCP services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, and Compose.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python or scripting for automation.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Certifications:

  • Google ACE certification or equivalent is highly valued.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Monitoring and logging experience would be advantageous.
  • Database administration experience would also be beneficial.
