Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and tools, and implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage and lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
  • Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MV/LV panels, transformers, cables, cable trays, and switchgears.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and make informed decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
