Job Title: Site Operations Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance personnel to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance team.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the performance of the maintenance team and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in managing a team of maintenance personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
