Job Summary


We are seeking a seasoned ERP Functional Consultant to join our team.



  • Configure and customise D365 F&O modules (Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.) to meet business requirements by providing solutions that are tailored to the client's needs and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.


  • Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support for projects, collaborating with clients worldwide to deliver successful outcomes.


  • Document functional specifications and design scalable solutions in D365 F&O by creating detailed documentation and conducting thorough analysis to identify key areas for improvement.


  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support to ensure the project meets its objectives and is delivered on time.


  • Conduct UAT sessions and user training workshops, preparing project documentation including Business Process Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Training Manuals.



Key Qualifications



  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.


  • Strong expertise in key modules: Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement.


  • Experience in Fit-Gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.


  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.


  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
