Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Application Specialist

The role of an Application Specialist is a crucial one in ensuring seamless integration and functionality of business applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with other application specialists to ensure a consistent solution and long-term governance of data;
  • Staying updated on and evaluating vendor updates, patches and fixes;
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance plan for the application;
  • Introducing new functionality and proposing changes to drive business efficiency;
  • Following up on the quality, performance and cost efficiency of the application in scope;
  • Documenting and maintaining records of business requirements for the application;
  • Providing second- and third-line support when needed;
  • Providing end-user training, user manuals and FAQs for the application in scope;
  • Driving testing of the application in accordance with the defined test strategy and plan;
  • Defining the implementation of changes for the application in scope;

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of business applications and technology.
