The Role of a Business Analyst in CRM System Design

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and launching a robust CRM system that integrates seamlessly with various business systems.

This individual will have hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, and possess a strong ability to bridge technical requirements with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance customer relationship management and marketing workflows.

A strong understanding of CRM functionalities, including lead management, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and reporting, is essential for this role.

Familiarity with commercial loan origination systems (LOS) and marketing platforms is a strong plus.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define the requirements, scope, and goals for the CRM system, conducting competitive analysis of CRM solutions, and working closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance teams.

The successful candidate will provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of the CRM system and monitor and measure CRM performance post-launch, leveraging insights to recommend enhancements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field and 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with a focus on CRM systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Agile/Scrum experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
