Job Description:
A Full Stack Web Developer is needed to join our team. This person will take ownership of our WordPress and WooCommerce website, product updates, plugin management, theme improvements, uptime, performance, and security.

Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of our WordPress and WooCommerce website.
  • Work closely with Tech Leads to make decisions and drive execution.
  • Define and follow the right processes, streamline workflows, and document how things should be done.
  • Collaborate with SEO vendors and implement core technical SEO improvements.
  • Monitor traffic and conversion metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, and GTM.
  • Manage integrations and tools, including Razorpay, WhatsApp Business, shipping platforms, and email tools.

Requirements:
We are looking for a fast learner with a builder's mindset, ownership mentality, and problem-solving attitude. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in web development or e-commerce tech, preferably at a startup. Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP development skills are required. Familiarity with SEO tools and practices, including GA4, GSC, and SEMrush, is also necessary.
