Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, as well as a strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.

As a fast-growing e-commerce company, we value ownership, execution, and operational excellence. Our technology stack is built on WordPress, WooCommerce, and we are scaling our digital infrastructure to support rapid growth.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of our WordPress and WooCommerce website, product updates, plugin management, theme improvements, uptime, performance, and security. They will also be responsible for defining and following the right processes, streamlining workflows, documenting how things should be done, and ensuring tools, vendors, and teams align with them.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with SEO vendors and implementing core technical SEO improvements, monitoring traffic and conversion metrics using GA4 and Google Search Console, managing integrations and tools, setting up and maintaining automations using Zapier, and coordinating with tech vendors for escalations and feature enhancements.

Requirements

* 2-4 years of experience in web development or e-commerce tech
* Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
* Experience or familiarity with Shopify is a strong plus
* Comfortable managing domains, DNS, hosting, and email infrastructure
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP development skills
* Familiarity with SEO tools and practices (GA4, GSC, SEMrush)
* Fast learner with a builder's mindset, ownership mentality, and problem-solving attitude
