Key Medical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager to spearhead medical excellence and drive impactful healthcare strategies across our product portfolio.

  • This is a leadership role that involves planning and executing medical inputs into divisional/therapy marketing strategies, providing scientific support for new product launches, responding to product-related medical queries using evidence-based literature, driving continuing medical education (CME) activities, and more.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the planning and execution of medical inputs into divisional/therapy marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Provide scientific expertise to support new product launches, ensuring timely market availability and competitive positioning.
  3. Respond promptly and effectively to product-related medical queries from customers, utilizing evidence-based literature to provide accurate and helpful information.
  4. Drive CME activities, including workshops, conferences, and publications, to educate healthcare professionals about our products and therapies.
  5. Plan and oversee clinical studies, advisory boards, and medical engagement events to advance medical knowledge and inform product development.
  6. Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance in promotional materials and packaging to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  7. Evaluate new product opportunities from a medical perspective, providing strategic recommendations to enhance business growth and profitability.
  8. Train field and marketing teams on disease management and therapy insights to equip them with essential knowledge and skills.
  9. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) through regular scientific engagement and collaboration.
