Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Developer to join our team at the Ford Motor Company.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned developer to lead the design and development of major components of focused solutions in Pega, leveraging their expertise in class structures, application frameworks, and data models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design and development of complex Pega applications, ensuring technical, functional, performance, and business requirements are met.
  • Develop high-quality code that adheres to best practices and maintains a 90-97 Guardrail score.
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure business architecture aligns with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve overall system performance.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Pega DPA/PRPC, with a strong focus on complex flow management.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into design/application builds.
  • Advanced knowledge of PEGA PRPC tools and API-based development (Connect/Service APIs).
  • Strong understanding of Case Management and Access Group, Work Queue, and Access Role concepts.
  • BE, MCA, CSA, SSA certification from Pega.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
