Job Title

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) platforms. This pivotal role will enhance cybersecurity operations by automating incident response, integrating threat intelligence, and streamlining security workflows across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • SOAR Platform Architecture & Deployment: The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing SOAR platforms to meet the organization's cybersecurity needs.
  • Architect and Implement SOAR Solutions: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SOAR platforms like Cortex XSOAR, Splunk Phantom, and IBM SOAR, and be able to implement solutions across hybrid environments.
  • Design Scalable Playbooks and Workflows: The successful candidate will design scalable playbooks and workflows to automate triage, enrichment, and response actions.
  • Integration & Automation: The chosen candidate will integrate SOAR with SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, and ticketing systems, and develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
  • Incident Response Enablement: The selected candidate will collaborate with SOC and IR teams to define use cases, automate repetitive tasks, and reduce MTTR.
  • Governance & Documentation: The successful candidate will maintain detailed documentation for playbooks, SOPs, and integration guides, and ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–10 years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in SOAR engineering or architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms like Cortex XSOAR, Splunk Phantom, and IBM SOAR.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, and ITSM tools.
