Job Overview:

The role of a UCCE engineer is pivotal in the management and maintenance of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise solutions. These professionals are entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintenance of Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions, as well as integration with third-party call recording platforms.
  • Proficiency in Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms for efficient contact center deployment.
  • A deep understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, enabling effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes and principles, promoting service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in Cisco Voice network deployment models, including architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Proficiency in using VOIP and Performance Management Tools to monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Experience with integrating multiple tools and systems to enhance overall contact center efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A thorough understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and Analog signaling, enabling the successful integration of various communication systems.
  • Proven experience working in high-pressure 24/7 business support environments, where flexibility and adaptability are essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice platform, CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP, and its associated technologies.
