Lead Robotics Product Development

We are seeking a senior engineer to spearhead our robotic product development and oversee a high-performing mechanical design team.

This leadership role requires end-to-end expertise in robotics, mechanical design, and manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on driving products from concept to production with innovation and precision.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading product development from concept to manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and manage high-performance teams.

  • Develop innovative robotic products from concept to manufacturing, leveraging expertise in SolidWorks and other design tools.
  • Mentor and manage the mechanical design team, ensuring design best practices and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive R&D initiatives, contribute to patents and IP filings, and ensure documentation accuracy.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 6–12 years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in SolidWorks, including motion study, GD&T application, assembly design, and detailing.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication techniques: sheet metal design, cable routing, and machined parts integration.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing detailed BOMs, tolerance analysis, and DFM/DFA.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
