About the Role: Robotic Process Automation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and architecture of RPA solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Design reusable frameworks, best practices, and governance models for RPA implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust RPA solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Integrate RPA with enterprise cloud environments, leveraging expertise in virtualization concepts, Kubernetes, and VDIs.
  • Document solution architecture and technical designs.
  • Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8–10 years' experience in RPA with proven Solution Architecture responsibilities.
  • Expertise in UIPath platform architecture and ecosystem—mandatory.
  • Hands-on practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization concepts, and orchestration tools.
  • A clear track record of architecting and delivering large-scale RPA solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
