Job Description:

Serving as the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions. This leadership position demands a smart and hands-on individual with sound financial acumen and general manager experience with international brand hotels.

This position requires developing and implementing strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives, collaborating with luxury hotel brands to maintain service quality and profitability, driving operational efficiencies across all assets, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within the hospitality sector.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading international hospitality brand.
  • Proven experience in managing hospitality operations.
  • Strong financial skills and experience with budget management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
