Job Description:

To participate in the design, functional & technical assessment architectures and Zero Trust framework (approach, principles, patterns, objectives, pillars, etc...) to support the implementation of a group's Zero Trust Strategy.

You will play a key role in participating into the Zero trust framework and strategy adaptation/enhancement including feedbacks from practical implementation, evolution of needs and market maturity. Your responsibilities will include building / contributing to a Security ecosystem urbanization approach and proposing new or adapted architecture standards and rules.

Establish high-level architecture (including functional, conceptual layers) patterns needed to the Zero Trust strategy and co-define transversal architecture standards.

Understand identified use cases and potentially identify relevant new ones, their maturity levels to be reached and related technical/nontechnical streams to be planned.

Challenge/assist IT production/operations teams (Telecom, Security, IAM, …) to operationalize the Zero Trust Strategy (identify gaps, impacts, deliverables, outcome projects for each transformation step).

Design robustness and Zero trust compliance assessments.

Supervise and follow up the Zero Trust Strategy (feed Sponsor's committee with risks, problems, activities, …). Keep an on-going solutions, technologies, and best practices watch including POC implementation

Requirements:

  • Between 10 and 18 years of experience or more in cyber security field
  • Proven senior security enterprise architecture activities such as :
  • D drive and design new and strategic security initiatives for emerging technologies
  • Define a strategy to align security (holistic approach) with the way business is done and with security requirements or principles
  • Ensure that best practices are known and implemented, and provide security principles and a reference architecture
  • Having a leading role in identifying the vision and strategies required to support long-term objectives
  • Assess, envision, plan, design, and oversee the implementation of security capabilities across company platforms, systems, and applications
  • Defines security requirements, build architecture blueprints, and conducts reviews of systems, platforms, and applications to identify security risks

  • Proven experience with cross-cultural & international working environment.
  • Advanced communication skills (strong writing, editing, presenting)
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to lead through accountability with delegated responsibilities and to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks
  • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity standard frameworks such as NIST, ISO27002, etc.
  • Demonstrate a positive motivated attitude. Rigorous and an eye for detail
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends of cybersecurity.
  • Industry certifications are preferred: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc
