Job Title: Chief Business Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Strategist to lead our India business expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the cybersecurity growth strategy aligned with global objectives.

The successful candidate will drive revenue via new clients, strategic accounts, and partnerships, while building and leading high-performing sales and presales teams. They will engage CISOs and executives in large pursuits and complex deals, overseeing presales, solutioning, proposals, and client workshops.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven cybersecurity sales leadership, business development, and strategic skills. You will also need to collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure client success and strengthen client relationships for long-term business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity growth strategy for the India business.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic account management, and partnership development.
  • Build and lead high-performing sales and presales teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Engage with CISOs and executives to identify and pursue large-scale cybersecurity opportunities.
  • Oversee presales, solutioning, proposals, and client workshops to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in cybersecurity sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
