Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Strategist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity expert to lead our security incident response efforts and drive the implementation of effective security solutions.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing technical resources and delivering technology lifecycle projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures, ensuring swift identification, containment, and remediation of security incidents.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and validate security patches and updates, prioritizing identified threats and vulnerabilities for remediation activities.
  • Manage the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for security solutions, including new investments and business-as-usual financials.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • No less than 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, cloud security architecture, design, and operations.

Benefits:

Competency and Behavioural Skills:

  • Knowledge of cyber security assessment, including security audit, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and more.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification in cyber security is an advantage, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO Lead Auditor, CEH, etc.
  • Certification in project management and framework is also an advantage, e.g. PMP, CPM, CSM, PRINCE2, CompTIA Project+, etc.
