Supply Chain Planning Specialist


Job Description:
  • Implement and manage our data hub to ensure seamless integration with Blue Yonder tools.
  • Lead supply chain planning projects, focusing on inventory optimization and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement SQL and programming solutions to improve system functionalities.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in supply chain management and data integration.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their challenges, opportunities, and risks.
  • Share industry best practices and adapt to each client's unique situation.
  • Design and execute customized solutions within the BY TMS application.
  • Utilize project management processes and tools to track progress and manage tasks.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and managers to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum and relationships.
  • Participate in project meetings and lead technical teams during design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Resolve complex issues and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management and data integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management and Planning modules.
  • Hands-on experience integrating JDA ESP solution with JDA SCPO and other applications.
  • Experience with ERP application integrations and WMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Blue Yonder supply chain planning tools and technical knowledge in Planning and WMS platforms.
  • Hands-on developer experience with JDA Integrator and strong understanding of supply chain functions and best practices.
  • Experience with SQL and programming languages is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of IT standards, processes, and methodologies, including Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
