Key Role: Strategic Supply Chain Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a strategic supply chain consultant. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in solutioning and consulting for large-scale outsourcing engagements.

This role requires deep knowledge of sourcing processes, solution design, and client engagement with a focus on creating value-driven proposals and leading discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct due diligence and process maturity assessments with customers (domestic and international) to build strong business cases for outsourcing.
  • Create compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs and develop winning value propositions.
  • Present solutions with confidence during client discussions and defend them effectively.
  • Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide support during transition to steady state.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large deals.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across various industries.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
