Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of end-to-end supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards.
  • Address complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.
  • Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance.
  • Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing.
  • Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning (e.g., operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization).
  • Develop expertise in Maestro resources, workbooks, worksheets, etc., to provide functionality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Skills: Experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience preferred.
  • Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes, and data, and business operations.
  • Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certifications a plus.
  • Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus.
  • Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus.
