Sales Performance Executive

Role Overview:
As a Field-Sales Executive at Curefit - House Of Cult, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, approaching potential customers, and converting them into loyal members of cult.fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving end-to-end sales at assigned gyms.
- Undertaking hyperlocal marketing activities like flyer distribution, kiosk setup in high-traffic areas, and outbound calling to leads and prospects.
- Building fruitful relationships with clients and obtaining referrals.
- Meeting sales targets and earning incentives and bonuses.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with traveling and field work.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
