Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
Job Description:
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Teaching: Develop and deliver high-quality course curriculum, facilitate student learning, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Research & Partnership Activities: Publish research papers, encourage innovative research, and collaborate with industry and government institutions to foster partnerships and develop MOUs.
- Consulting, Projects & MDPs: Engage in consulting assignments, projects, and management development programs, sourcing opportunities from industry and government institutions.
- Student Advising: Provide personalized guidance and support to students, facilitating their career growth and maximizing their benefits from SGT University.
- Service and Cooperative Extension: Schedule and conduct on-site clinical, internship, observation, field experience, and industrial training as part of course curriculum.
- Administration: Participate in departmental and faculty meetings, contributing to academic and research activities.
- University Development Responsibilities: Encourage student participation in sports and other activities, maintaining records of achievements at various levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A candidate should possess a Master's degree in Commerce or MBA in relevant disciplines with a Ph.D. degree and academic experience demonstrating excellent research abilities. Ph.D. candidates with a good research track record are preferred.
