Finance Process Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Finance Process Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and be able to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

You will work closely with stakeholders to implement process improvements, manage vendor relationships, and resolve any issues that may arise during the invoicing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain all invoices, both purchase orders and non-purchase order related.
  • Manage end-to-end vendor master activities, including onboarding and offboarding vendors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate coding and approvals.
  • Identify and resolve any blocked invoice issues in a timely manner to prevent delays in accounting software posting.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field with 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Proven experience in managing invoices and vendor relationships.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and ERP software.
  • Self-directed and ambitious individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
