Key Operations Manager Role

The Operations Manager/KAM plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless site operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities encompass maintaining HSQE compliance, contract management, performance monitoring, billing and collections, reporting and documentation, manpower management, site profitability, employee engagement, client relations, compliance, training, and emergency preparedness and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely incident and near-miss reporting adhering to HSQE guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate site scorecards above 80% through corrective actions where necessary.
  • Closely coordinate with the resource team to fulfill manpower requirements as per contract terms.
  • Monitor site budgets and implement corrective measures to ensure profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
