Achieve success in business intelligence by joining our team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop strategic insights from sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
    • Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through collaborative efforts with IT and data engineering teams.
    • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems and supply chain databases.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence:
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.
    • Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
