Business Intelligence Developer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to support our EDP platform operations, data automation, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex workflows, define key performance indicators, and build dashboards for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and vendor management teams to drive process improvement and cost efficiency.
- Support AWS cloud cost optimization strategies (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, anomaly detection).
- Assist in infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency (Recovery Time Objective/Recovery Point Objective).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
- Proficient in SQL and Python/R programming languages for data analysis and automation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and FinOps practices.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI/QuickSight or similar visualization tools.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization techniques.
- Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, experience with Infrastructure as Code/Continuous Integration-Continuous Deployment pipelines.
