Lease Management Specialist

A detail-oriented Lease Management Specialist is needed to drive legal excellence in leasing.

This entry-level role is ideal for recent law graduates looking to build a career in corporate legal operations, particularly in lease and contract management. The candidate will support the end-to-end lease review and approval process for office, residential, and vehicle leases across global regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing lease-related queries and reviewing requests via email channel.

They will assist in the initial review of business case drafts and lease agreements, coordinating with Operations and Regional Legal teams during each stage of the lease review.

Additionally, they will support the lease team in routing business cases for approval from Regional Directors, Managing Directors, and the Executive Committee, as well as facilitating the signing process by identifying appropriate signatories.

Maintaining organized records of all signed lease agreements is also an essential responsibility of this role.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Basic understanding of contract law and lease agreements (training will be provided).
