Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced commercial real estate portfolio manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our diverse portfolio, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of property management software, specifically Yardi, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex portfolios.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements, lease agreements, and vendor payments.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to ensure lease compliance, accurate documentation, and timely renewal negotiations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management in Yardi is required.
  • Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents as well as financial information contained in accounting software, spreadsheets, financial statements, etc., required.
  • Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) required.
