Paid Media Specialist/Manager

Deliver ROI-driven campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid media strategies for multiple channels.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management: audience targeting, ad creation, bid optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights, improve ROI, and scale budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad-tech innovations.
  • Prepare performance reports for stakeholders with clear KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize results.
  • Experiment with A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization techniques.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with Ads, programmatic, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver ROI-driven results.
  • Google/META certifications will be an added advantage.
