Job Opportunity: Content Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage restaurant listings and ensure high-quality content across our platform. This role involves data management, content audits, competitor tracking, and supporting the sales team with priority restaurant onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and publish new restaurant listings with accurate information, images, and offers.
  • Audit and update restaurant profiles to maintain accuracy and consistency in menus, offers, timings, and other details.
  • Upload, maintain, and organize restaurant data efficiently across internal systems.
  • Ensure all content follows our guidelines for accuracy, tone, and brand standards.
  • Monitor competitor platforms for new restaurant launches and updates.
  • Create a priority onboarding list for the sales team based on competitor tracking and market trends.
  • Collaborate with design, tech, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • A proactive approach with interest in the food and hospitality industry.
