**Job Overview**

We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Specialist to support our marketing efforts with compelling visual content.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills and the ability to create engaging graphics for promotional campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design eye-catching graphics for promotions, retail initiatives, and revenue-driven marketing activities across digital and print media.
  • Develop menu designs, promotional signage, packaging, kiosks, and point-of-sale materials to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Create digital assets for website banners, social media, email campaigns, and other promotional materials related to food and beverage, retail, and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to suit marketing needs and seasonal promotions.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail, business development, social media, and content, to ensure all visuals align with business objectives.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to understand marketing goals and contribute innovative design solutions for revenue-focused initiatives.
  • Work closely with vendors and production teams for printing, signage development, and packaging execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing food and beverage, retail, and promotional design work.
  • Understanding of packaging design, menu layouts, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to adapt designs for both digital and print formats.
  • Experience working on point-of-sale materials, promotional signage, and event branding is a plus.
