As a Senior Brand Creative Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative of our organization.

This position is designed for a creative visionary who can drive brand consistency and deliver high-quality visual content across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in visual design, video production, and digital creative execution. They will be proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro.

The Senior Brand Creative Specialist will oversee the creation of brand-aligned visual assets, evolve visual direction for integrated campaigns, and review and refine creative deliverables from freelancers or internal partners.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams, planning, scripting, and producing video formats such as product explainers, motion-led brand stories, technical demos, testimonials, and social content.

Required Skills & Expertise
  • 8–12 years of experience in visual design, video production, and digital creative execution
  • Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual content
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to build narrative flow across formats
  • Experience working within a structured brand system and scaling it across regions or formats
  • Comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design, and animation
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent English communication and visual editing skills
Good to Have
  • Prior experience working in tech, SaaS, or fintech environments
  • Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and how design impacts engagement
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, JIRA, and collaborative design platforms like Figma or Frame.io
  • Experience mentoring or guiding creative peers, even without direct reports
