Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on technical topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Write, edit, and proofread technical documents such as user manuals, white papers, product descriptions, how-to guides, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with our goals and user needs.
  • Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) best practices in content to enhance online visibility and reach.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all written materials.
  • Create engaging and informative content that enhances user experience, making complex technical information accessible and engaging for our target audience.
  • Develop scripts for video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role in the technology or digital services industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
