Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and operational leader to build and manage our digital marketing teams across Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-performing digital marketing campaigns and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Build and manage high-performing digital marketing teams across Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our digital marketing practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Masters degree in Management, preferably specialized in Marketing
  • Certifications/Courses in Digital Marketing
  • 10-15 years technical and operational experience in digital technologies, across Programmatic, SEM and Paid Social
  • 7+ years experience managing a team, demonstrating strengths in supervisory, mentorship, and leadership capacities
  • 3+ recent years experience working in an agency environment and demonstrated knowledge of the agency digital planning and campaign management process
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to definition and implementation of processes and policies, inclusive of needs identification, design, KPI definition, documentation, training, and optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborative with cross-functional peers, managers, subordinates, and partners to achieve business results
