Key Role: Quality Operations Lead

About the Position:

  • This position is responsible for overseeing a team that ensures high-quality map data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage leadership and interpersonal skills to guide a team of quality analysts in achieving operational goals.
  2. Identify and proactively address data quality challenges.
  3. Develop, implement, and enforce data quality policies and validation rules.
  4. Maintain oversight of day-to-day activities of quality analysts to ensure adherence to service level agreements, quality metrics, and client guidelines.
  5. Analyze and interpret complex data related to quality control processes to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  6. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through comprehensive reports and presentations.
  7. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues promptly.
  8. Collaborate with process excellence and data creation teams to introduce best quality practices in mapping operations.
  9. Communicate regularly with the quality manager on team performance and process improvements.
  10. Evaluate compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Degree in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is advantageous.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality supervisory role or 2 years of experience in quality analyst role.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
