Perfusion Specialist Vacancy

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Perfusionist to fill a challenging position in our cardiovascular team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the heart-lung machine during open-heart surgeries, monitoring blood circulation and managing extracorporeal circulation.
  • Collaboration with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and theatre teams is essential to ensure safety protocols and manage perfusion-related emergencies.
  • Maintenance of equipment and adherence to sterilization procedures are crucial.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Perfusion Technology or related field.
  • Proficiency in operating the heart-lung machine and managing extracorporeal circulation.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and theatre teams.

Key Requirements:

  • BSc/Msc in Perfusion Technology.
  • Ability to operate heart-lung machine and manage extracorporeal circulation.
  • Collaboration skills to work with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OT team.
