About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Site Reliability Engineer to assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure the availability and performance of backend services.

This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing, developing, and maintaining monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system uptime and performance
  2. Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve issues impacting system reliability
  3. Developing and implementing logging solutions to improve troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
  4. Working closely with operations teams to ensure seamless system deployment and maintenance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and architecture
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
