We are seeking an experienced DevOps professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our infrastructure.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • 8+ years of experience working on AWS and Kubernetes Orchestration
  • 6+ years of production environment experience
  • Experience with infra-automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
  • Linux environment experience with at least one scripting language
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable AWS infrastructure and services within a managed service environment
  • Manage deployments in environments such as QA/Stage/Production, engaging stakeholders as required, and adhering to SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Build, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters through automation like Terraform
  • Institute infrastructure as code, security, and process automation
  • Security and vulnerability patching
  • Knowledge-sharing presentations and documentation creation
  • Learning on the job and exploring new technologies with little supervision
  • Participating in war-room/critical outage calls and ensuring RCA process implementation
  • Team management to create a self-managed team, support skill development, and provide growth path, performance evaluation, and attrition management
  • Customer management for daily calls to discuss progress/updates, weekly and monthly status reporting, and lead calls with cross-functional teams for creating new services monitors
  • Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams of customers/eInfochips
  • Delivery management to ensure well-defined SLAs and adherence of the same by self/team using delivery tracking tool - JIRA/Confluence
  • Quality management to contribute that all deliverables from eInfochips are following quality processes of eInfochips and customer
  • Documentation of processes/status reporting/SOPs for future reference
