Highly Skilled Cloud Engineer Wanted

At a leading financial institution, we're seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in building and supporting Jenkins scripted pipelines using Groovy language, as well as expertise in multi-branching, web hooks, credentials, and permissions usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers in building and supporting build and deployment efforts, including debugging issues and supporting engineering deliveries.
- Build sustainable DevOps team capability to adapt to an ever-changing tooling landscape and control environment.
- Have a good build engineering background to effectively engage in debugging development and production environments and help team members resolve tooling issues.
- Accountable for timely delivery of tooling for engineering deliveries.
- Good logical and analytical abilities to drive automation tasks and lead DevOps teams.
- Good collaboration skills to engage and service multiple engineering teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Jenkins, Groovy, and GCP.
- Expert-level Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts expertise for managing API workload builds, integrations, and deployments.
- Very good understanding of Google cloud services, such as GKE, MIGs, CloudSQL, MemoryStore, including integration patterns with GKE workloads.
- Very good understanding of networking (cloud and on-premise) for E2E workload build and deployments.
- Hands-on experience in automating build, deployments, code scanning tools, such as Sonar, Checkmarx, container scan, automation of tooling integration using web services via pipelines.
- Good understanding of monitoring tools, such as Datadog, AppDynamics, Grafana, for tooling integrations.
- Good to have understanding of Banking domain IT controls and processes.
- Terraform tooling for infrastructure build.
- GCP/AWS, Kubernetes Cloud Certification.
- Hands-on skills for building Jenkins scripted pipelines using Groovy language.
- Expert-level Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts expertise.
- Very good understanding of Google cloud services.
- Good understanding of monitoring tools.
- Understanding of Banking domain IT controls and processes.
