The Technology Infrastructure team engineers and operates the foundational technology platforms that power all of the firm's applications and businesses. The group spans a broad array of disciplines, from datacenter infrastructure to large-scale cloud services, with the shared goal of delivering reliable, performant, and modern platforms that accelerate business outcomes. Additionally, the team provides end-user technology solutions to support the evolving collaboration and productivity needs of global teams. What You'll Do

• Play a highly critical operational role, applying a combination of software and systems engineering skills to develop and maintain distributed, real-time systems that serve key stakeholders in the firm's Global business.
• Optimize the operations of existing systems and infrastructure through automation and tooling, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Build out foundational technical components of a robust SRE program across multiple complex systems, both new and existing.
• Collaborate with development and quant teams to ensure changes align with measurable Service Level Objectives (SLOs) across user interactions.
• Monitor system capacity and performance, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks and sources of instability before they affect stakeholders.
• Review and provide feedback on automation code developed by peers, maintaining high standards of code quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, analyzing their impact on infrastructure and service operations.
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders, evaluating and selecting the best technologies and automation strategies for the firm's needs.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong coding skills in Python and PowerShell; ability to comprehend C# and develop basic applications.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, cloud-based services and infrastructure (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Configuration Management (Ansible).
• Experience with container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and ECS.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
