Job Summary:

The AI Administrator is responsible for the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data privacy controls, compliance requirements, and experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being trained on AI models.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs and compliance reporting for AI usage.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain a detailed internal guide with setup/configuration steps and governance rules.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users.
  • Deliver training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing AI tools.
  • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for AI-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure safe and responsible use of AI tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
