Job Description

The Role: Tech Lead – Responsible AI Engineering

We seek an experienced Tech Lead with significant knowledge in AI and machine learning, capable of shaping architecture and leading delivery in a fast-growing domain. This could be a senior engineer or an exceptional researcher from leading institutions who has already demonstrated technical leadership.

This role combines stability with upside as you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with T3's Responsible AI specialists and regulatory experts, helping to translate governance and compliance principles into robust technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the architecture of new systems.
  • Integrate AI testing libraries into deployable frameworks.
  • Deliver lightweight solutions in cloud environments.
Required Skills
  • Proven track record building AI/ML models.
  • Experience developing AI testing tools strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI frameworks.
  • Hands-on familiarity with explainability and fairness tools.
